About the Role
We are seeking three Technical Assemblers to join our team in a clean, production-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with basic assembly experience who are looking to grow their skills and transition into a permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Perform small-part and sub-assembly work following documented procedures and assembly drawings
- Use hand tools and fixtures to assemble components with precision
- Work under a microscope for detailed inspection and assembly tasks as needed
- Perform basic soldering tasks (training available if limited experience)
- Follow clean room protocols and maintain a tidy, organized work area
- Complete basic computer entries for work orders, traceability, and production status
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure quality and throughput
- Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical or electronic assembly experience required
- Experience in a clean room or controlled environment preferred
- Familiarity with:
- Basic computer functionality (log in, enter data, navigate simple systems)
- Reading and following assembly drawings/procedures
- Microscope use for small-part work
- Soldering for small components
- Small part/precision assembly
- Ability to communicate in English (fluency not required)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and handle small components
