Test Technician

Job Details:

- Shift: Day shift, full-time

What You’ll Do:
- Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
- Work from schematics, specifications, and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Maintain test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic components to return them to operational condition.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop test fixtures and refine processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or electro-mechanical technology, OR 5+ years in a technical test role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with electrical and RF testing preferred.
- Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
