Job Title: Solder Technician

Location: Concord, NH 

Shift: Day Shift Pay: $20-25/hour (based on experience) 

Ardent Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Solder Technician to join our client's growing team in Concord, NH. If you thrive in hands-on roles and have strong soldering skills, this opportunity is for you! You'll play a critical part in assembling and testing electronic components, ensuring they meet top quality standards. Plus, a soldering test during the interview allows you to showcase your expertise!

Key Responsibilities: Assemble and solder electronic components following work instructions and production drawings. Perform tasks like epoxy bonding, cleaning, and encapsulating components. Conduct testing and real-time inspection to ensure quality aligns with IPC-610 standards. Rework and repair surface-mount components as needed.

What We’re Looking For: 

High school diploma or GED required.

 1-2 years of experience in electronic assembly or inspection preferred. 

Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions. 

Strong attention to detail and steady hand for soldering.
