Operations Supervisor (Temp to Hire) – Lead a Skilled Team in Billerica!
Ardent Staffing Solutions is looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations for a growing manufacturing facility in Billerica, MA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a dedicated team while ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Location: Billerica, MA
Shift: 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm)
Pay: $27-29/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support your shift team as the primary point of contact

• Oversee production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency

• Prepare and mask circuit boards for conformal coating using proper materials

• Perform masking/demasking, staking, potting, and coating per instructions

• Operate automated dispensing/coating equipment as needed

• Select and utilize appropriate tools for production tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience

• Background in electronics or regulated industries (aerospace, defense, medical devices) a plus

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction
