Join a growing precision manufacturing team specializing in printed circuit board (PCB) services – We’re seeking detail-oriented Machine Operators to support the conformal coating process for a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare PCBs for conformal coating using proper masking materials.
- Mask and de-mask circuit boards per drawings and process documentation.
- Perform staking, potting, and coating operations as instructed.
- Operate automated dispensing/coating robots when required.
- Select and use appropriate tools for masking and demasking tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong manual dexterity; able to handle small, delicate components using tweezers under a microscope.
- Ability to read and follow PCB drawings and work instructions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
- Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, or similar quality systems.
- Experience with PCB conformal coating or encapsulation is a plus.
