Pay: $22-26/hour (depending on experience)

In this role, you'll visually inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) and assemblies throughout the production process, ensuring all components meet high-quality standards. Using a microscope and referencing documentation like drawings and BOMs, you'll play a key part in identifying defects and maintaining top-tier product accuracy.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Keen attention to detail and comfort working with small parts
- Ability to use a microscope for long periods
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong English reading and writing abilities
- Familiarity with BOMs, drawings, and visual work instructions
- Excellent close-up vision
- IPC-A-610 Certification is a plus
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is a bonus
