Welder Fabricator
Ardent Staffing Solutions is actively hiring a skilled Fabrication Welder for a top-tier manufacturing client in Sharon, MA. This is your chance to join a team that values precision, craftsmanship, and quality. You’ll work on a variety of projects—building custom sheet metal parts and assemblies using MIG and TIG welding techniques—contributing to everything from prototypes to production.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Pay: $25/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
- MIG & TIG weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Assemble simple corners to complex frames
- Follow detailed blueprints to maintain tight tolerances (+/-.005”)
- Use jigs, fixtures, and proper welding sequences for accuracy
- Perform in-process grinding and inspection
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in MIG & TIG welding across multiple metals
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (e.g., dial calipers)
- Familiarity with structural tubing and light sheet metal
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
