Responsibilities for a Cable Assembler:
- Assemble product parts according to established standards
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bills of material
- Utilize a variety of tools and equipment for assembly
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Skills Required for a Cable Assembler:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with IPC-610 and IPC-620 standards preferred
- Strong time management abilities
- Physical dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Education/Training for a Cable Assembler:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior assembly experience required
