What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and solder electronic components, subassemblies, and full systems
- Perform tasks like potting, cleaning, bonding, stamping, and color coding
- Conduct go/no-go testing and visual inspections using magnifiers and meters
- Rework and inspect surface mount assemblies to meet IPC-610 standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid soldering skills, especially with surface mount technology (SMT)
- Ability to read work orders, diagrams, and verbal instructions
- Experience using hand tools, soldering irons, microscopes, and testing equipment
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of experience in electronic assembly preferred
