Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Set up, operate, and maintain folder gluer equipment to meet quality specs
- Perform preventative maintenance and resolve mechanical issues quickly
- Ensure product quality and compliance throughout the gluing process
- Train finishing crew and new operators on procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete job-related paperwork
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience and strong mechanical skills
- Familiarity with gluing equipment is a big plus
- Ability to read job instructions and follow production specs
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
