- Location: Oxford, MA
- Pay: $25–$30/hr | Direct Hire
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Note: Candidates must be willing to work rotating weekends and after-hours shifts
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a background in electrical systems? Ardent Staffing is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join a fast-paced call center team for a global manufacturer in Oxford, MA.
This phone-based role involves helping customers and field engineers troubleshoot high-tech electrical equipment. If you enjoy using your knowledge to solve problems and guide others, this could be a great fit.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent training/experience)
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (including some international)
This is not an IT help desk role.
