- Pay: $52,000 – $58,000 depending on experience and fit

What You’ll Do:
- Operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines, including loading materials and components using tube reels and manual placement.
- Identify and read parts and notations on reels, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Work in collaborative, two-person, rotating roles to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- IPC Certification (current or expired within the last 2 years) and familiarity with PCB components
- Ability to pass IPC and J-STD-001 training (certification is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in SMT operations and material handling.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good eyesight, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- A high school diploma or GED.
