Service Repair Technician

- Location: Oxford, MA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Range: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Travel: Up to 30%, including domestic and occasional international
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test advanced laser systems
- Support field service needs and in-house depot repairs
- Analyze system performance and implement upgrades
- Train customers and internal staff on operations and repairs
- Prepare service reports, estimates, and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues
What You Bring:
- Strong skills in electrical/electronic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with mechanical, optical, and laser systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel and shifting priorities
