Sales Hunter
Ardent Staffing is expanding and seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Hunter to join our team. This is a new business development role focused on identifying and securing new client relationships. It’s a great opportunity for someone who excels at building connections from the ground up and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, emailing, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Schedule and lead client meetings to understand hiring needs and present staffing solutions
- Negotiate pricing and service terms with prospective clients
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of activity and pipeline in CRM systems such as Avionte
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or a service-based industry
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, and closing skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and competitive drive
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
