Location: Woburn, MA
Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time)
Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using precise measuring tools

• Conduct 100% inspections on first articles and critical product areas

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and documentation

• Support supplier quality, calibration programs, and internal audits

• Help identify, document, and resolve non-conformances

• Maintain and improve inspection and testing processes

• Collaborate across teams to support production, validation, and release of high-quality products

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma required; degree or equivalent experience preferred

• 2+ years’ experience in a regulated (FDA or similar) environment

• Strong understanding of metrology, inspection tools, and GD&T

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using inspection equipment

• Familiarity with QMS systems and internal audits a plus

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
