Ardent Staffing Solutions is seeking a talented Press Brake Operator for a busy, high-quality manufacturing facility in Sharon, MA. If you’re experienced in metal fabrication and enjoy working in a job shop environment with varied, hands-on projects—this is your opportunity to shine!
- Location: Sharon, MA
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Pay: $23.00/hour
- Hours: 40 hours/week
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and run advanced multi-axis hydraulic press brakes
- Work on a variety of jobs from simple to complex, in both short and long runs
- Read and interpret shop drawings to create accurate forming sequences
- Inspect your work and ensure parts meet close-tolerance specifications
- Pitch in with other departments when press brake work is light
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience operating press brakes in a metal fabrication setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of general shop math and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
