Ardent Staffing Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a collaborative, small-team setting with one of our top clients in Nashua, NH. This is your chance to step into a role where you’ll do more than just design—you’ll build, improve, and drive results from concept to completion.
- Location: Nashua, NH
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Pay: $90,000–$110,000/year (DOE)
What You’ll Do:
- Create detailed component models and assembly instructions using SolidWorks
- Operate and maintain bench mills, drill presses, and other shop-floor machinery
- Design custom fixtures and mechanical prototypes
- Develop and optimize production processes and documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to support product launches
- Draft test protocols and analyze results to guide engineering decisions
- Communicate across departments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and working knowledge of shop-floor tools
- Strong multitasking, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in a small-team or startup environment a plus
