- Location: Waltham, MA (with travel to Billerica as needed)
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site
- Pay: $30–$35/hr (contract)
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for resolving hardware, software, and account access issues
- Deploy and configure systems, software, and peripherals
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records
- Apply system updates and patches proactively
- Contribute to internal documentation and process improvement
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in technical support or service desk roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and basic Linux systems
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Active Directory or Entra ID
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel between locations
