In this role, you’ll oversee the design, optimization, and integration of production equipment and processes, ensuring operational excellence. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage key projects from concept to completion, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement manufacturing and automation strategies
- Manage projects from planning to successful execution
- Mentor and lead process, manufacturing, and automation engineers
- Drive process improvements to enhance scalability and reduce costs
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Plastics Engineering or related field
- 7+ years in plastics process engineering (3+ in leadership)
- Expertise in injection molding, automation, and process optimization
- Strong project management and communication skills
