We’re hiring MULTIPLE skilled Cable Harness Assemblers for a 2-3 month contract in Nashua, with the potential for extension depending on workflow. This role is conveniently located near bus routes and offers a flexible work schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble, inspect, and test cable harnesses based on customer blueprints and specifications.
- Cut, strip, solder, and terminate wires with precision using hand tools like wire cutters and crimping tools.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality at various stages of production.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and provide feedback to improve quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while working collaboratively with a diverse team.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of experience in cable assembly or a related field.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand basic measurements.
- Familiarity with IPC-620 standards is a plus but not required.
- Conversational English skills and eligibility to work in the US.
- No drug test or background check required.
