We are expanding our team and seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager who can open doors, win business, and make a measurable impact.
Pay is based on experience, with six-figure potential through base salary plus uncapped commissions.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through cold calling, emailing, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Lead client meetings to understand hiring needs and present custom staffing solutions
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements to close deals
- Partner with our recruiting team to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in our CRM (Avionté)
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
What You Bring
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales success in the staffing or service-based industry
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, and closing skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and competitive drive
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
