Maskers / Visual Inspectors & PCB Coating Machine Operators
Location: Billerica, MA
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift (2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, with overtime expected.
Pay Rate: $18.50 – $20.00/hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview
We are hiring Maskers, Visual Inspectors, and Machine Operators with PCB coating experience to support high-reliability manufacturing. These positions require excellent dexterity, precision, and the ability to work under a microscope on delicate components. Candidates will contribute directly to processes that support industries such as aerospace, medical, and defense.
Responsibilities
- Prepare printed circuit boards (PCBs) for conformal coating by masking and de-masking according to drawings and process instructions.
- Perform staking, potting, and coating operations.
- Operate both manual and automated coating equipment.
- Select and use proper tools for precision masking/demasking.
- Conduct microscopic inspections to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Work in a clean and controlled environment while following strict quality standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent dexterity; ability to handle very small components with tweezers under a microscope.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow PCB drawings and technical documents.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, or similar standards.
- Previous experience with PCB conformal coating, encapsulation, staking, or potting is a strong plus.
