Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble cables and harnesses from scratch using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret detailed technical documents, including drawings, parts lists, and process specifications.
- Perform wire cutting, crimping, soldering, and assembly of subcomponents with precision.
- Conduct in-process inspections and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering to refine processes and resolve issues.
- Use tools and software, including Microsoft Access, for production tasks.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in wire harness or electro-mechanical assembly (specifically braiding and molding of cables)
- Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and handling small parts.
- Technical literacy to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
- J-STD or IPC-620 certifications are a plus, but not required.
