- Location: West Warwick, RI
- Shift: 1st Shift, Full-Time
- Pay: $26–$30/hour, based on experience
As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating and revising engineering drawings, layouts, and documentation packages from minimal instruction or provided sketches. You'll play a vital role in maintaining drawing accuracy and supporting manufacturing with tooling and fixture designs.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and revise drawing packages including ECNs and engineering masters
- Verify drawings meet drafting standards and reflect requested changes
- Assist with tooling/fixture concepts and designs
- Maintain and organize engineering documentation
- Enter technical data into the MRP system with high accuracy
- Ensure strict confidentiality of proprietary designs
What You Bring:
- Associate's degree in a technical discipline
- Proficiency in DraftSight or AutoCAD; SolidWorks is a plus
- Familiarity with tight-tolerance parts and ANSI Y14.5 standards
- Strong attention to detail and self-driven attitude
- Experience with tooling/fixture design is advantageous
