Quality Engineer
Ardent Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting a Quality Engineer on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturer located in Southborough, MA. - Location: Southborough, MA
- Shift: 1st Shift, Full-Time
- Pay: $70,000–$80,000/year (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
- Apply quality engineering principles to support daily operations
- Identify and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Lead internal audits and support external quality certifications
- Manage PPAP documentation, FMEAs, and key quality metrics
- Oversee document control systems and contribute to management reviews
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Manufacturing preferred)
- 3–5 years managing a certified QMS (AS9100 / ISO 9001)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with auditing
- Proven record of continuous improvement and customer quality support
- Familiarity with LEAN, GD&T, and regulatory standards like REACH/RoHS is a plus
