Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

We are looking for 2nd Shift Machine Operator for a well-established rubber goods manufacturing company in Worcester, MA
- 2nd Shift – 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm – $18.25/hr
- Bonus eligible
- Temp to Perm
Responsibilities of a Machine Operator:
● Operates injection molding machines of cast rubber and plastic products
● Monitors machine to ensure material feed operation is maintained
● Manually removes molded product from dies
● Inspects molds/dies to ensure they are cleared of loose materials before cycling
● Trims excess material from part using a knife, cutting pliers and scissors
● Inspects parts for defects using visual and physical examples for reference
● Counts and records acceptable and defective products on production report form
● Packages product into the applicable shipping container or box

Requirements for these positions:
Prior experience operating injection molding machinery is a plus
Reliable/Dependable/Team Oriented
Good Communication skills
Use of basic hand tools: scissors, cutting pliers and knives
Ability to multitask in face-paced work environment
Possess a strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Must have reliable transportation
