Location, Shift & Pay
- Location: Westborough, MA
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $20–$24/hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers seeking service (roughly 5-10/hour).
- Respond promptly to voicemails and address customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Provide expert advice to customers on spa care and maintenance solutions.
- Manage and resolve service-related complaints with support from the service manager.
- Schedule service appointments and assist with coordination.
- Collaborate with other departments on service-related needs.
