Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and work instructions.
- Cut, strip, solder, and terminate wires with precision to meet customer specifications.
- Skillfully operate hand tools, including wire cutters, wire strippers, and crimping tools.
- Perform thorough inspections throughout the production process to ensure top-quality results.
- Apply IPC-620 standards for both product construction and inspection.
- Identify and resolve production issues, offering constructive feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing, especially cable assembly.
- Familiarity with standard manufacturing tools and measurement instruments.
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and measurements.
