We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist with a background in lasers, electrical, or electronics to join our team in Oxford, MA. This is a direct hire role with competitive pay and steady hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support over the phone to clients and internal teams (heavy phone interaction, not hands-on).
- Interpret and troubleshoot using electrical schematics.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve technical issues.
- Support documentation and reporting of technical inquiries and resolutions.
- Participate in a weekend rotation approximately once per month.
Requirements
- Previous experience with lasers, electrical, or electronics is required.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with comfort in handling heavy phone work.
- Willingness to work one weekend per month.
- Please note: This is not an IT position.
