Ardent Staffing is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team in Hudson, NH. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity for someone passionate about process optimization, hands-on problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

As a key contributor to the engineering team, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve overall production efficiency. From launching new products to validating tools and training technicians, you’ll play a central role in driving operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency
- Analyze production data and lead corrective action plans
- Support new product launches through validation of molds, tools, and processes
- Mentor Process Technicians on troubleshooting and best practices
- Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support manufacturing goals
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Plastics Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of Scientific Molding, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and SPC systems
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards: PPAP, PFMEA, APQP
- Experience working with engineered resins, automation, and secondary operations (e.g., welding, decorating, machining)
