RF Test Technician
RF Test Technician – Direct Hire
Location: Hudson, MA
Pay Range: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience

Your Day-to-Day
- Operate and maintain antenna and RF test facilities
- Develop and write RF test procedures
- Collect and analyze RF test data, prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management to implement test strategies
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with antenna and radome testing methodologies
- Proficiency with RF test equipment: VNAs, RF sources, antenna ranges, mixers, Orbit 959 software, LabView
- Strong computer and math skills
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Able to lift 40 lbs, and climb, stoop, bend, kneel, and reach overhead for extended periods
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to qualify for national defense security clearance
- Ability to climb a 100-foot test tower
- Must meet ITAR/EAR “U.S. Person” definition: citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual
