The ideal person will be capable of and energized by the following responsibilities.
- Collaborating with teammates to help us build something great
- Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and screening applicants for various clients.
- Processing applicants while maintaining accuracy, exceptional record keeping and an acute focus on customer service.
- Building rapport through constant communication with candidates, clients, teammates, visitors, etc.
Ideal Candidates will have:
- 2-4 years of experience recruiting for manufacturing, professional or engineering positions
- Incredible people skills and a drive to create an exceptional candidate experience
- A can-do attitude and willingness to be flexible to get the job done!
- Strong computer skills (We use Google Suite, Office and our ATS is Avionte)
- Driven by the relentless pursuit of excellence and the desire to positively impact the lives of the candidates and clients you serve.
