The ideal person will be capable of and energized by the following responsibilities.
- Building and representing our brand in this exciting expansion market.
- Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and screening technical and Advanced Manufacturing applicants for a wide variety of clients.
- Processing applicants weekly while maintaining accuracy, exceptional record keeping and an acute focus on customer service.
- Tracking and recording all communications and activities in our applicant tracking system in an accurate and professional manner.
- Communicating clearly and openly with candidates and clients to create the ideal job match.
- Managing the active workforce by providing proactive employee coaching, training, and when necessary, administering discipline or even terminations
