You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to inspect components and assemblies, ensure top-tier product quality, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Location: Waltham, MA
Shift: 1st Shift, Full-Time OnSite
Pay: $38/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspections using a variety of measurement tools

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and quality plans

• Support the flow of parts through production with timely inspections

• Maintain inspection records and communicate results

• Assist in managing calibration and support MRB processes

• Uphold 5S standards and safety protocols

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in a quality inspection or technician role

• Strong understanding of GD&T and inspection techniques

• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools

• Comfort using computer systems; ERP familiarity a plus

• A team-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
