Pay: $28.00-$33.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and available resources.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and finished goods.
- Optimize labor, equipment, and materials for efficient production.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Identify and resolve scheduling or workflow issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in electronics or regulated industries (aerospace, defense, medical devices) preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
