We’re seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator to join our client’s team on a contract basis! In this role, you'll play a key part in planning and executing impactful marketing events, managing logistics, and coordinating vendor relationships.

Marketing Event Coordinator (Contract) – Hybrid
  • Location: Waltham, MA
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $35 – $45/hr
  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Location: Hybrid (Must be available for on-site event coordination as needed)
  • Contract Length: 4/7/25 – 12/19/25
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage hotel room blocks, travel schedules, and staff accommodations.
  • Oversee event logistics, including scheduling freight, signage, catering, and transportation.
  • Assist in training and leading event staff on-site to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handle vendor relations, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Track and manage marketing materials and event inventory.
  • Collect post-event feedback and provide reports for process improvement.
What You Bring:
  • Experience in event coordination, including vendor and hotel management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and support event staff on-site.
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and event logistics.
