- Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Role Overview
Join the Dicing Manufacturing team supporting multiple groups within the organization. You will dice, inspect, and pick high volumes of critical components and materials using fully automated dicing saws and pick-and-place equipment. Key metrics include quality, efficiency, communication, and tool proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs to manufacture products to specification
- Mount substrates on fixtures for dicing
- Set up tools with appropriate assemblies based on product type
- Load recipes and materials into machines
- Perform in-process dimensional inspections to verify tolerances
- Conduct visual inspections using a microscope (up to 4–8 hours/day)
- Clean processed materials via chemical bath or surface wipe
- Maintain accurate records (logs, labels, online databases)
- Troubleshoot equipment/product issues to maximize uptime
- Assist with training new associates to documented standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment
- Reduce scrap and support continuous improvements with Engineering
- Assist Engineers with SOP development and implementation
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong reading and math skills
- Computer proficiency: MS Office; basic Windows navigation
- Ability to interpret part drawings; understanding of GD&T
- High attention to detail and strong record-keeping
- Clear communication with peers and supervisors
- Knows when to escalate and follow chain of command
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
