Responsibilities:
- Independently or collaboratively perform equipment repair and maintenance.
- Travel to customer sites for installation and troubleshooting of security systems.
- Conduct field service tasks, including technical support and system diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate service reports and manage tools/inventory.
- Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or technical certification with 2+ years of experience in complex equipment installation and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in PC setup and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in airport security, utilities, telecom, or electronics industries.
- Familiarity with RF systems and customer support roles.
