Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility maintenance, including custodial functions and equipment upkeep.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all workspaces, inside and out.
- Manage security protocols and emergency preparedness.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and report on company assets.
- Schedule and supervise repairs and service contracts with external vendors.
- Maintain Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety standards and ensure equipment functionality.
- Assist with budgeting for facility needs and collaborate with leadership.
- Support equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in electrical, HVAC, generator, and boiler systems.
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment and adopt new technologies.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on facility management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for emergency response outside business hours.
