Electro-Mechanical Assembler
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR SKILLED ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS
We are seeking experienced and motivated Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing team. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent, offering competitive pay between $25–$29 per hour, depending on experience. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, and electrical components according to detailed instructions and specifications.
- Interpret drawings, schematics, and other assembly documentation to ensure accurate builds.
- Operate a variety of machines and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain logs, records, and reports related to production, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
- Monitor and maintain tool and part inventories, notifying the supervisor when supplies are needed.
- Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with company standards; identify and resolve any issues promptly.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software for maintaining records and documentation.
- Strong understanding of assembly procedures and ability to read technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in work quality.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to properly use and maintain hand and power tools.
- Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly or manufacturing preferred.
