What You'll Do:
- Operate and program four CNC milling machines using CAM and manual inputs
- Select appropriate tools and settings for efficient, high-quality machining
- Design and build custom fixturing as needed utilizing Solidworks
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Conduct part inspections with measurement tools to ensure top quality
- Maintain machines, tooling inventory, and work area cleanliness
- Collaborate with engineers to improve processes and part quality
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on CNC milling experience, including programming
- Proficiency with Solidworks and comfortable with computers/navigating CAM software
- Able to work independently and maintain high accuracy
- Strong understanding of fixture setups and tooling offsets
- U.S. Citizenship required
Bonus Skills:
- CAD/CAM expertise
- Experience with micromachining or CMMs
