Warehouse Coordinator Opportunity
Location: Marlborough, MA
Pay Range: $22–$26/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

A leading advanced manufacturing company is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and maintain inventory accuracy. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on tasks with data management in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll:

• Organize materials and maintain correct labeling and storage

• Perform routine cycle counts and investigate discrepancies

• Assist various departments by locating inventory and updating system records

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts

• Keep the workspace clean, efficient, and compliant with safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of warehouse experience

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Experience working with ERP systems preferred

• Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes

• Familiarity with production documents, BOMs, and warehouse databases
