Ardent Staffing is hiring for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in the Greater Nashua area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced assembler to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment assembling capital equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex capital equipment using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks as required
- Lift and move components up to 50 pounds
- Stand, crouch, and move throughout the shift
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Adapt to various assembly tasks across the manufacturing floor
Requirements:
- Prior experience assembling capital equipment
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and standing/crouching for extended periods
- Safety shoes required
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed
