Production Associate – Brewery Operations
We are hiring for a rapidly growing brewery where no two days are the same! We're looking for hands-on, reliable Production Associates ready to dive into all aspects of brewery operations. - Location: Framingham, MA
- Two Shift Options: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR Swing Shift (starting around 2:30 PM – flexible)
- Pay: $19-25/hr depending on experience and fit
- Temp-to-Perm Opportunity for the right person
What You’ll Do:
- Load and monitor bottling machines
- Perform light inspection of products
- Pack out finished goods and prepare pallets
- Use pallet jacks to move materials
- Support the team wherever needed — Everyone pitches in!
Requirements:
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently (no bilingual supervisors on site)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass a drug test (no THC) and background check
- Positive attitude and willingness to wear multiple hats in a startup-style environment
