You'll play a key role in ensuring high standards by inspecting incoming materials, monitoring production quality, and supporting a robust Quality Management System. • Location: Warwick, RI

• Shift: 1st Shift

• Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and final products

• Create inspection/test plans and assist technicians as needed

• Analyze quality data to support continuous improvement

• Support internal audits and help maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance

• Prepare First Article Inspection Reports and manage calibration systems

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills

• Hands-on experience with micrometers, calipers, force gauges, and VMMs

• Background in SPC, control charts, and quality systems

• Associate degree in engineering or equivalent experience (ASQ certifications a plus)

• 3+ years in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
