Production Associate
Ardent Staffing Solutions is hiring a dependable and motivated Production Associate for a well-established manufacturing company in Sharon, MA. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a clean, team-oriented environment where you’ll support various stages of the production process.
- Location: Sharon, MA
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Pay: $19.00/hour
- Hours: 40 hours/week
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining fabrication equipment
- Load/unload sheet metal parts and materials
- Perform deburring, grinding, and light assembly
- Transport materials between workstations and assist with inventory
- Keep up with the overall general facility cleanliness
What We’re Looking For: Someone With:
- High attention to safety
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or general labor role
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout your shift
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and shop equipment
- Team player with a great attitude and strong attention to detail
