Solder Technician
Ardent Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled 1st Shift Assembly Technician with strong soldering experience and previous experience as a group/line leader to join our client’s team in Concord, NH! If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and products following work instructions and drawings.
- Perform precision soldering, including surface mount component rework.
- Inspect and test assemblies to meet IPC-610 standards.
- Work with epoxy bonding, encapsulating, and color coding parts.
- Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment for quality checks.
- Responsible for reviewing, delegating and tracking daily priority list
What You Need:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in electronic assembly and inspection preferred.
- Familiarity with soldering irons, hand tools, and test equipment.
- 1-2 years experience as a group/line leader
?? A soldering test is required as part of the interview process.
