AOI Operator

We are currently seeking Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Operators for large and rapidly growing contract manufacturer in Central MA
- $24-27
- 7am-3pm
- Temp to Perm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection of product run through Automated Optical Inspection equipment as it is manufactured on the SMT line.
- Check compliance to workmanship standards
- Follow tightly defined procedures
- Verify integrity of data collected by machinery.
- Communicate defects that are missed by the AOI machine to enhance program integrity.
- Collaborate and communicate with team, supervisors and other departments
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Computer proficiency.
- 3+ years of AOI experience
- MUST be ICP-610, and J-Std certificates (verification will be required)
- Ability to recognize defects and distinguish between good and bad.
- Ability to repair defects once found.
- Ability to work on single task / procedures / products.
- Ability to support 1-2 product lines / customer(s)
- High School Diploma or GED.
