Assembly Associate – Multiple Openings
Ardent Staffing Solutions is hiring an Assembly Associate for our manufacturing client in Hudson, NH!

Shift: Full-time, 1st Shift
Pay: $20 – $25/hr (based on experience)

What You'll Do:
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components following production guidelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, travelers, and bills of materials
- Use measuring tools, crimping tools, wire cutting and stripping machines
- Operate hand and power tools, ensuring proper torque specifications
- Perform heat shrink sleeving and soldering of pins, contacts, and solder cups
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Report any product discrepancies or equipment issues to management
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain an organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of IPC-610 & IPC-620 standards (certification is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions in English
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work with small components
- Wiring experience is a huge plus!
