Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring proper staffing and material availability.
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure all team members are fully certified and cross-trained for production continuity.
- Manage work orders, materials, and inventory through electronic systems.
- Assemble precision medical devices using microscopes and fine hand tools following detailed procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Perform final product testing and packaging.
- Collaborate with leadership and supply chain teams to meet production goals.
- Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing setting.
- 5+ years of medical device manufacturing experience, including cleanroom environments.
- Familiarity with FDA and ISO standards.
- Strong assembly, inspection, and testing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
