Quality Engineer – Contract Manufacturer

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain quality control plans for production, prototypes, and new products.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and lead improvement initiatives.
- Manage quality processes, including CAPA, MRB, and RMA.
- Ensure compliance with ESD standards and collaborate on risk assessments and validations.
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and conduct audits.
- Partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive performance improvements.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in quality analysis tools like PFMEA.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS 9100, or similar standards.
- Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, including low-volume, high-mix production.
- Current or recently expired Certifications in IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001
- 3+ years of quality experience, preferably in PCBA contract manufacturing.
- Must have min of Associate's degree in engineering or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
